An Bord Pleanála's office is currently open from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon daily (Monday to Friday), for receipt of applications, submissions and appeals only.
An Bord Pleanála is complying with all central Government and associated Health Authorities guidance in respect of arrangements and measures concerning the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. In this context, our offices are only open for a few hours each day to receive applications, appeals or submissions.
The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government and the Government have made orders which have the effect of freezing all current time limits on planning matters including planning appeals and submissions on appeals and on strategic housing and strategic infrastructure applications. Persons who wish to interact with An Bord Pleanála are encouraged to utilise remote channels of communication with An Bord Pleanála, such as post, telephone and email, where possible, rather than calling into the office. This is to limit, as far as possible, unnecessary person to person contact in accordance with social distancing principles.
